If you are replacing a Sevcon controller for example, the old one can be cloned providing you can either communicate wit the old one to retrieve the calibration files or if you have them stored somewhere. We can help with that.

Check controller wiring + setup

90% of the time, the issue is to why the motor is not spinning, or the controllers are not communicating comes down to wiring. If you need wiring diagrams or validation let us know.

View error codes

If you are able to communicate with your controller, the chances are we can read out fault codes to help diagnose the issue. If you need this download please let us know.
