The 500V Charger is a compact, high-performance power conversion solution that combines an On-Board Charger (OBC) and DC/DC Converter into a single integrated unit. Designed for electric vehicle and battery-powered applications, it delivers efficient AC charging, reliable low-voltage power supply, and auxiliary AC output through a robust CAN-controlled platform.


Featuring a wide AC input range and support for battery voltages from 200V to 500VDC, the charger provides up to 6.6kW charging power while simultaneously supplying 14V auxiliary power for vehicle systems. Integrated CAN communication enables seamless integration with vehicle control systems and battery management systems (BMS).
