Please note: Some issues cannot be resolved remotely if they involve damaged hardware, incorrect wiring, incompatible components, missing system information or unavailable software access.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes most products have a standard warranty, motors and controllers have extended warranty; used or second-hand products will not have warranty, but your purchase will still be protected. We would never sell you a product we have not inspected ourselves.

What happens if I don't like it?

If you are facing technical issues, let us help you first. We know how tricky it can be with wires, pins and complicated tools so let us see if we can figure it out first. In the chance that your product is defective, then you can use our returns process.
